Race Start Box

Radiosailing yacht race start box with configurable audio in a 3D printed case.

Use our standard or add your own start countdown recordings.  Unit stores up to 7 different MP3 files selectable through a rotary switch.

4 button remote allows user to play the first 3 recordings with the 4th button cancelling any file that is playing.

2 Internal 10 watt speakers which can be extended with external speakers connected via 3.5mm jacks.

The unit is powered by any 2S battery (not supplied) via the battery balance connector accessible through a battery-box cover.  You may use any of your existing LiPo, LiFe or Li-ion 2S batteries to power the unit, or any other battery between 6 and 12 volts. 

The unit will be supplied with 5 audio start recordings in either a Female or Male digitally generated voice.

2. 2 Minute countdown
3. 1 minute call to the water followed by 2 minute countdown
4. 2 minute call to the water followed by 2 minute countdown
5. 3 minute call to the water followed by 2 minute countdown

You may add a further 2 recordings of your own and/or replace the default recordings with your own Mp3 files.

We also give you the ability to, for a small charge, have your name embossed on the box, either on the battery cover or more visibly on the top of the box.  Select the option you want and add the text you want embossed into the "Add any specific requirements" field.
